On Saturday 28 March, we are taking part in a pilgrimage alongside other churches in this part of York. The pilgrimage will begin with prayer at Bishopthorpe Palace Chapel at 9:30am, before continuing to St Andrew’s, Bishopthorpe, then on to St Chad’s on the Knavesmire, to us at St James the Deacon, and finally concluding at St Edward’s, Dringhouses at around 1:30pm for a concluding Eucharist. Everyone is warmly invited to take part – whether for the whole pilgrimage or just a section – and to travel by whatever means of transport is most accessible to them. Please do come and be part of this shared journey of faith.
