Booking Information

THE HALL IS AVAILABLE for hire

Monday to Saturday: 8 am - 10 pm,
Sunday: 12 noon - 9.30 pm.

HOW MUCH WILL YOU PAY

The current rate for hire of the Hall is £13/hour.
There is also of booking charge of £10 for one-off bookings.

WHEN DO YOU PAY

The full payment is due at the time of booking. If cancellation is made more than 30 days before the date of hire, a refund will be given.

Regular group users will be abled to pay monthly in arrears.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE

Bookings will be accepted on the understanding that the Hirer has read and accepts the Terms & Conditions of Hire 

TO BOOK THE HALL

Complete and submit the booking form opposite.   

ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING

We will confirm reciept and acceptance of the booking which will remain provisional until payment has been received.
